Christian Miranda

Christian is an Ambassador for adidas with huge credibility and experience in the industry. He has proven to be an exceptional motivator and has found through his passion for what he does that he is able to bring the best out in every individual he comes into contact with. He has spent the past 7 years developing and systematizing his own style of coaching for peak performance in life through the management of hundreds of different individuals ranging from at home mums, business owners, Olympic athletes, world class models and tv presenters – everday he looks forward to learning more and more from the experiences that he has with his clients to be able to pass on to others that he works with!

Christians’ expertise lies in being able to identify in individuals what it is that motivates them to achieve their true potential in life – he then creates the framework to allow this to happen, mentoring them every step of the way. His ability to do this has extended not only to individual and group clients, but also trainers so that they too can do the same with their clients! Such is the success of this approach, he is now in demand all over the world managing clients in Los Angeles, New York, Switzerland, London and all throughout Australia. With his commitment to succeed and ability to motivate, Christian has been able to create for himself a lifestyle that enables him to do what he does best – continue to mentor and support those around him to work towards achieving their best!

Rob Webber

Rob’s career in personal training began with a desire to learn more, and to grow and develop further as a person.

It didn’t take long before this desire to learn turned into his passion, something that he would go on to encouraging other people to do. Since starting at ONE PTS in 2012, Rob has gained vast experience and developed his skill set extensively, continuing to further improve not only himself, but his clients as well, constantly pushing their limits.

A huge believer in educating his clients and passing along as much knowledge as possible about how and why the body moves, Rob hopes that he can create a deeper understanding in all clients to help bring both a positive psychological and physical change in their lives that will last a lifetime.

Rob also specialises in training both training and educating kids, believing that establishing a good relationship with health and fitness in kids from a young age is essential for not only their physical health, but mental as well.

Keely Lanham

The newest addition to the ONE team, Keely has spent the last 4 years surrounded by the ONE community and in that time has become an integral part of it. She embodies the ideals and morals of having a lifelong positive relationship with fitness and although young, is looked to by many as a source of motivation and inspiration.

No stranger to the struggles of achieving a balanced lifestyle and a background in competitive dance, Keely has well equipped tools that she shares and believes that technique and mental focus are major keys in achieving a wide range of results .

Continually evolving his knowledge of fitness and how the human body works, Anthony is able to provide an energetic approach to training, where new skills are developed and achieving the impossible becomes a reality.

Through constant mentoring and support, during training and in the lifestyle away from it, Anthony will keep you motivated taking pride in treating each client as an individual.

His passion for his clients’ shines & the energy filled environment that he provides each session is infectious.
