Time To Make
For those wanting a fresh start and complete overhaul of their personal approach to health and fitness, we have 3x 1:1 sessions per week, inclusive of unlimited access to our Group PT timetable.
Build That Base
A progression from ‘Time to Make a Change’, allowing individuals to maintain their commitment and continue to grow and develop toward their own health and fitness goals with 2x 1:1 sessions per week, inclusive of unlimited access to our Group PT timetable.
Keep On Track
Ongoing motivation and commitment with 1x 1:1 session each week (in addition to your $50/wk Group PT membership).
