At ONE we take an individual approach to your training program, even in a group setting.

Each new member receives three Fundamentals sessions with one of our Personal Trainers, to make sure your journey to a healthier life starts in the right direction.

Group Training

Our most popular class, due to the constantly varied, engaging and social training style delivered by our qualified team of trainers. The movements in Group PT classes are geared towards those looking for less heavy weightlifting but still achieving a challenging, sweat fuelled workout!

Strength + Conditioning

An athletic based class with an emphasis on utilising olympic lifting in conjunction with high intensity interval training incorporating Gymnastics, Bodyweight, Weights and Cardio. 
●  Must complete the ONE PTS Fundamentals Program prior.

Fundamentals

Three private sessions that all new and recently signed members must complete in order to gain access to the full range of our classes and are designed enable you to move safely and have a basic understanding of the sets that are written without the ONE PTS program.

Development

Here we will look at breaking down your movements and then building you back up. In this class we aim to gain a greater understanding of what it is you're hoping to achieve and find the more efficient and suitable way forward to help you get there.

Olympic Lifting

If you want to get stronger, develop your technique, build your confidence lifting weight, this is the class for you. Olympic lifting is based on two lifts, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. This involves a variety of barbell movements from deadlifts to split jerks.

●  Must complete the ONE PTS Fundamentals Program prior.

Heavy Lifting

This is an advanced class for those who have a solid base technique. The focus is on (you guessed it) lifting heavy weights and increasing your max lift strength in a safe and controlled environment. This is all based around barbell work with different movements programmed over a period of time.

●  Must be cleared by a trainer to attend this class.

Glutes + Core (30 mins)

Learn to find, switch on and develop your glute + core strength! Strong glutes + a strong core are essential in maintaining quality form whilst training and preventing common injuries such as; knee pain, back pain (particularly lower back) and tight hip flexors.

Boxing

Boxing classes offer a change of pace to the usual training style available at ONE. Boxing provides many physical and mental benefits including: 
● Weight loss
● Learning self-defense techniques
● Gaining strength and flexibility
● Strengthening and toning arms, legs, hip and butt muscles.
● Stress relief

Team Challenges

These sessions focus on groups working together in a competitive environment. The workouts can only be completed well if you operate as a team and communicate with each other. It is a highly competitive yet very welcoming, encouraging and fun environment where everyone enjoys the banter whilst they try and get the edge over one another to cross that line first. Constantly varied with different games and workouts, you never know what your team will be walking in to.

Mums + Bubs

For all those mums (and of course dads) that want to train but have their kids with them. The mums + bubs class has been running for many years with great success. Not only do the mums have a great environment to train in, you can do so with peace of mind that your kids have toys and friends to play with in a safe and happy environment with a new kids corner play pen.
● You don't have to be a mum to join this class, anyone is welcome. Just be aware there will be more kids around than a normal Group PT session

Yoga

Pilates helps to increase flexibility, strengthen core muscles, align posture, activate glutes as provides many other mental health benefits through controlled deep breathing meditation. These classes cater to a range levels, from beginners to intermediate, and help to improve general fitness results.

Classes must be booked in advance to ensure your position. There is a maximum of 10 people per session so that our instructor is able to work closely with each individual.

ONE Juniors (8-12yrs)

At ONE we encourage everyone at every stage in their journey with health and fitness; our youth are no exception. As well as providing the necessary framework for physical development and growth, our after school program offers kids the opportunity to develop an understanding and love for physical activity under the guidance and watchful eye of our experienced trainers.Kids training is a program designed to develop conditioning, hand-eye coordination, strength and overall wellbeing.

ONE Teens (13-17yrs)

Our Teens sessions are designed to increase body awareness, reflexes, hand eye coordination, balance, communication skills, self confidence and mental fortitude at a crucial age. 

These sessions are not only used to train kids, but are used as a platform for us as trainers to mentor kids, creating lifelong positive relationships with health and fitness from a young age.

In School Sport

Our school sport programme is more than just a chance for physical growth and development for kids.

We specialise in:
● Body awareness
● Hand eye coordination,
● Communication skills
● Boost self confidence
● Instil mental fortitude

In addition to this, we can work in conjunction with your current school curriculum to help further educate your student in any areas that may relate to physical exercise should you wish.

We focus on not only creating a healthy relationship with health and fitness but do so in an environment that sees that these changes are life long.

ONE has proven the effectiveness of these programs through long term relationships with a number of schools over many years.

We provide the option to come to the schools to deliver the programme OR let you come to our facility in Padstow, located 100m from Padstow station.
